Non-Discrimination Policy
You B4 Me welcomes and serves people with dignity, respect and fairness.
Our policy
You B4 Me is committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is treated equitably. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion or creed, gender or gender expression, age, ancestry or national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status.
This commitment applies throughout our operations, including program participation, distribution of services and resources, selection of volunteers and vendors, and employment decisions when applicable.
Our commitments
We strive to provide fair access to our programs and to treat our participants, volunteers, staff, partners and supporters with consideration and respect. We value differences in cultures, backgrounds and experiences, and we seek to foster a welcoming, safe environment for everyone we serve.
Reporting concerns
Anyone with a concern about discrimination in a You B4 Me activity should contact our leadership at info@youb4me.org. We take reports seriously, review concerns promptly and seek fair resolution.
Our mission is to bring essential resources, dignity and compassionate care to neighbors facing hardship, without discrimination.
